Is anyone using the RMA module to handle customer returns? We are currently using an offline system to track returns and it's a real hassle to get credits back out, which is ticking off our customers. I'm interested in the RMA module, and curious to find out if anyone's using it, and what their opinions are.

We have always added line item standard comments which show up in the SorDetail. So, I am curious if there is a way to enter a standard comment in the S/O header section of an order.
